Who should I start at RB this week?

Although Forte hasn't done much yet, if you can't play him this week, you shouldn't have him on the team. No team has given up more RB rushing TDs than the Browns (10). Rice has been very good, the Bronco D has been playing very well also and has only given up 2 TDs to RBs all year. The Eagles have only given up 4 TDs to RBs. I'd give Forte the start this week, but wouldn't criticize starting Rice given his performance to date.
