Is Fox Lying, am i missing something? or is it just a mistake on my end or their end?

Okay so i was on the Fox NEWS Political map. I noticed something fishy, Turn all the states grey and then one state blue, then turn the same state red... is it me or are they lowering obamas numbers? or am i missing something?
